Job Purpose:

Implement the day to day Express/ Domestic oprations procedure and policies to ensure smooth flow of oprations in term of reciving/ prossesing of pakages on the delivery and system updating.

• Process  and monitor the reciving, recovery and reconciliation activities as per the express/ Domestic quality of service standards.
• Monitor the held in customs shipments and communicate with the related customer account management teams to ensure on time processing and clearance.
• Prepare courier delivery run sheet for each delivery run.
• sort the shipment into the related delivery bins based on the local/beyond/remote areas .
• maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
• control and files all related paperwork in thierappropriate location and as per the record retention procedure.
• Monitor and control the pre- alerting and bagging processes as per the destnation required.

• Bachelor degree in related filed.
• MS Office applications(Word, excel,outlook,)
• Good command in english
