 Background:

  • Accurately managing cash and credit transactions for the Operation and other departments and concerns relating to billing issues and other related transactions.
  • Receive and disburse money in establishments other than financial institutions.


 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintains cashier over and short report, notifying Accounts Payable  of any discrepancies 
  • Makes sure that only dully approved and properly backed up petty cash disbursements are paid
  • Prepares summary of petty cash disbursements on daily bases, hands it over to Accounts Payale Officer  for drawing a cheque from bank to ensure maintaining float amount 
  • Counts own cash float on daily bases and reports any discrepancies to Accounts Payable Officer  immediately
  • Distributes salaries to the company employees
  • Collect bank statements
  • Prepares all daily / weekly / monthly reports as required
  • Keeps abreast of any changes in law, company and corporate policies
  • Works multi task job within Finance section to include but not limited to payroll processing
  • Is willing to do any other work within the department, in order to assist other weak areas or in the event of other staff going on leave or when requested
  • Performs any additional duties and/or special projects, as requested by FC

 

other Duties:

  • should be responsible for the collection of overweight and report daily and monthly to the customers.
  • to be responsible about any rent contracts of the other company .

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Education
  • University Graduate
  • Professional Experience
  • Minimum 1 year related  experience
  • Competencies Required

 

  • Excellent communicator, good planning, organizing and inter-personal skills
  • Good communication  skills and attention to details
  • Great attention to details
  • Good knowledge of English and Arabic. Multi-lingual preferred. Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Physically and mentally fit for the job
