 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop a communications strategy for all brands, including the parent company brand.

 

  • To initiate contact with all media suppliers and negotiate long term arrangements to ensure extensive market presence and visibility.

 

  • To develop the marketing department/function and ensure the regular collection of market intelligence through extensive research and contact with the sales department and with the department’s own market researchers.

 

  • To monitor competitor activity

 

  • To plan and oversee the execution of all marketing activity

 

  • Liaise with external organizations to ensure the promotion and enhancement of the company image through PR events and team/event sponsorship

 

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of NPD until product launch.

 

  • To manage a pre-agreed budget

 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Skills: -

 

Positive ‘can do’ attitude and approach

 

Experience in all aspects of marketing including research, brand management, event organization and sponsorship

 

Experience of thinking creatively and producing briefs for advertising campaigns etc

 

Experience of building/developing a marketing department Experience of creating and implementing marketing plans and

 

strategies and campaigns to meet the strategic aims.

 

Requirements: -

 

  • MBA certificate

 

  • 5-9 years experience in the same position

 

  • B.Sc. business or management
  • English language proficiency
