1. Establish and maintain all company operating procedures, standards and specifications, in accordance with the QMS requirements.

2. Determining and monitoring product standards and specifications, and coordinating with other departments (production, procurement, Quality...) to ensure all products and new developments adhere to the specifications.

3. Ensure that all finished products comply with the company’s and SSMO standards and specifications.

4. Determine critical control points in the process and design the required tests, controls, and monitoring procedures.

5. Supervise quality department personnel to ensure that all required checks, tests and controls are implemented on time and as per quality process.

6. Ensure all processes required for quality management system (HACCP) are established, implemented and maintained.

7. Ensure all testing equipment and balances are calibrated.

8. Ensure internal audits are timely adopted as per QMS requirements.

9. Report all non-conformities to plant director, and ensure appropriate remedy actions are    

    taken and implemented.

10. Ensure daily sanitary and GMP checklists are implemented, and all plant facilities, equipment, and premises conform to cleanliness and hygienic standards.

11. Manage pest control activities.

12. Liaise with external bodies to acquire relevant certifications, licenses, permits and specific product standards.

Bachelor degree.
1-Minimum 5 years’ experience in food processing or equivalent environment in quality departments.
2.    Good Managerial skills.
3.    Thorough knowledge of Quality Management Systems; standards, requirements, and implementation.
4.    Able to work of own Initiative.
5.    Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
6.    Professional knowledge of Arabic and English Languages.
7.    Experience in internal audits.
8.    Excellent computer skills.
