Responsible for supervise the members of the ground crew loading cargo onto the aircraft unloading cargo from it. Making sure that cargo is loaded safely and efficiently and sometimes required to fly/travel with the cargo to ensure its safety during transport.

• Applies and follows the contractual obligations, as per the Company policies and procedures.
• Follow, imply and maintain all ISO standards and requirements.
• To comply with QHSE policies and rules set by the company and to continually support the same to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Performs the calculations and plans cargo and passenger placement to keep the aircraft within permissible center of gravity limits throughout the flight
• Ensure cargo is placed on the aircraft in such a way as to prevent overloading sensitive sections of the airframe and cargo floor
• Unusual cargo may require special equipment to be loaded safely aboard the  aircraft, limiting where the other cargo may feasibly be placed
• Directly affect combat readiness as they are also responsible for determining the load order of aircraft so that more tactically important materiel
• Off-loaded and therefore ready to deploy faster than other support items
• Chains, straps, and integrated cargo locks are among the most common tools used to secure the cargo
• Under some situations, the most effective way to resupply ground troops is by aerial delivery of equipment, ammunition, food, and medical supplies
• Other duties as required.

• A high school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is the minimum education level & rrelevant courses is preferred
• Good Management skills
• Able to make mathematical calculations accurately
• Understand all laws and regulations applicable to cargo handling
• Computer skills and can work in MS Excel.
• Very good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be fluent in English.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be mentally and physically fit and have the ability to work long periods.  Should be energetic and enthusiastic and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines
