• Apply and follow the contractual obligations, GCCS’ policies and procedures.
• Follow, imply and maintain all ISO standards and requirements.
• Ensures Personal Hygiene standards, uniform code and code of behavior is strictly followed and complied with.
• Follows Health and Safety measures including code of Accident prevention.
• Responsible for cleaning/ deep cleaning proper sanitizing to all related areas.
• Follows up the day to-day instruction given by supervisor.
• Works alongside with co-workers to make sure that the Facilities is neatly cleaned and sanitized before and after the operations.
• Should understand the standard procedure of all cleaning steps Dining, Kitchen, Stores and back area.
• Follows strictly the measures of PPM, standard temperature of Pot Wash section and Cleaning Procedures as Outlined by Superiors.
• Ensure all drains and bins are kept closed and/or properly covered all the time.
• Uses MSDS for all cleaning and sanitizing purpose.
• Wears appropriate PPE while operating equipment or handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
• Reports immediately to the supervisor if any accident is noticed or caused.
• Pays constant attention to Safe Work Practices and immediately addresses any unsafe act witnessed.
• To comply with QHSE policies and rules set by the company and to continually support the same to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

• Must have Minimum School Level of Education.
• Experience in similar area preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be mentally and physically fit and have the ability to work long periods.  Should be energetic and enthusiastic and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines
